Hi young-trader, I am on it, I think I was the last person to buy shares today grabbed a few of those ones at .007. I didn't read the announcement very well and was thinking (VIL) here we o again! Anyway it appears they plan a consolidation of the shares.
From the announcement:
a consolidation of Incitive?s existing issued shares on the basis of one (1) share for every twenty six point six seven (26.67) shares held (Consolidation) ...........................................................
Anyway it looks like a great new start for the company if it goes ahead :) I also see they plan to raise some cash as well, I think they look fairly priced right now IMO.
