If they have gone to Raubex, I have concerns an early take over may come. Bauba Resources was delisted in August 2022 after they built a 74% stake taking Kumane's shares in a similar transaction. Jury on the board too, alongside the same Raubex director who commented for them on our RNS for the $4.7M stake they took in VR8 last year. Bauba Share price never gained significant value over the 12 months previous. Having 65%+ in major holders hands could allow them to build a quick stake here too. DYOR, IMO only.
