"hope" is an emotion not a strategy, ditto "wishing" .
Offtake agreements are only theoretical till the plant is built and producing. No DFS, no finance, first sod to be turned.
With the cost of money dramatically higher, without explicit government backing and lots of government cash, when will this field of dreams morph into a new age plant ? If and when the DFS emerges, the CR will heavily dilute current SH's ... so why hold this gunna ?
