re: post from wotcopper Apologies to all. In my post the other day I said that TAS had well over $1m in the bank after the recent placements. The annual report stated they had $457k as at 30June04. According to the latest quarterly report released on Friday, the placements raised $912k nett. Therefore, the total would add up to $1.369m. Wrong ! They now have only $584k cash as at 30Sep04.

I didn't take the time to factor in that they have many commitments at present, including high explorations costs, high administration costs, and their monthly payments to subscribe for shares in Brehon (total being US$1m in 9 monthly instalments, and total for 1st quarter being AU$435k).

The quarterly was interesting reading. Suggest everyone who's interested in TAS have a good look. Completion of the seed capital raising for Eden will be an important milestone. Hopefully this can be achieved shortly. Naturally, a significant mineral discovery would also help !
