Hi bear... Rumors ... Hmmm.. It looks like your first ever post on any HC thread since you joined in January....

Um.. My thoughts on it are.... MDV spends allot of money on gaining the sunnywipes IP and developing the manufacturing process, plant and distribution . So much so that if MDV ever decided to sell the IP it would probably have to ask in the vicinity of $18-$22 Mill on aggregate for future earnings.... The MC of the company at the moment is $9Mil... If I were kimberly Clark I would just make an offer to buy MDV.... And get the Metamizer business and the Diakyne business thrown in as a bonus... If the numbers come out and the SP moved up past 9c and held that level or pushed higher for several months then perhaps $18-$22 Mill might become the more attractive alternative for KClark.

The numbers above I am purely speculating... AT present I do not know what the directors idea of a fair sale value of the sunnywipes IP is given its expenditure on the product and its potential revenue for the company. I have no idea either of what it is worth as a single sale since I have yet to see the volume or market $$ value of the product on paper...

Still nice rumor though. If its true then we might be in for some interesting times.
