Many people invest in mining stocks because they have some knowledge of the processes. How will he get finance without first getting a permit ? I understand it is patently impossible to sink shafts, equip them and set up underground infrastructure to mine 5 million tons a year all within two years as he states. BHP already has the shafts and are talking about 2030.
