Just reads to me like the next 2 years is the ideal time to become a developer of a big project... like DEG, due to the Gruyere mine have low strip ration until 2025.
Which I suppose is quite strategic of them. I note that both DEG and GORs share prices seem to be quite stable. A potential sign that some parties view their values as about right for any corporate action.
Must admit, I did not realise that GOR picked up a few tenements that are potentially complimentary to DEG.
I guess at this point, unless DEG finds another suitor, its just about timing and wrangling of the ratios for both companies shareholders.
