What breach? Where's the evidence that EOS haven't paid up? How do you know that finance arrangements haven't been restructured? How do you know that they haven't received a suitcase full of freshly pressed 100 dollar bills from some sheikh or a donation from the Washington H. Soul Pattinson social club after a recent meat raffle held on a Friday arvo at the local Brickworks?
There are three things we know; 1. One of their CEO's has resigned and the market hasn't been notified. 2. EOS haven't submitted the 4D as prescribed. 3. EOS treat their shareholders with contempt.
So again, Where's the evidence on the loan default? Not saying it hasn't happened...but Where's the evidence? Typically, more speculation.
