Just referred to the last change of interest notice for director Richard John OShannassy dated 27/10/2009.
According to the notice he executed an off-market transfer of 62,884 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares valued at $23,581.50 from direct ownership into an indirect holding which looks to be his super fund named "Golden Hill Super Fund". He also discloses another indirect holding set up as a trust. So looks to me like no net change just a tax thing.
