I think this talk of a take over is ridiculous.
Wah Nam have a holding of just over 15% of shares.
They have not invested any money in BRM.

August 31st 2009 64.85% of shares were held by top 20.
Wah Nam held 13.70% of them.
Ken Talbot has just under 20% of SDL,but is not looking to take them over.

Wah Nam I think are positioning them selves for the big long term future in BRM.
There will be others coming on board to finance the projects.They will want a stake in BRM.
