this guy & a few others have shown they're incapable of listening, & understanding basic financials time & time again, & the fact at least one of them claimed to be down 95% & paid 30, 40, 50 even 60cps valuing the company up to $70-100M at the time revenue was around $2M & sub $5M, = case closed: what were they thinking to project such an absurd valuation? they've been unable to answer that question, which is the only one that matters to get any insight into what numbers they were using. so evidently none:

multiple others have pointed out, the loudest, most obnoxious SH valued the company at 35x revenue while it was unprofitable. they don't understand how crazy that was, especially for KTD at the time;

those shareholders are now looking to blame everything & everyone under the sun for the astronomical valuation they personally decided to place on the company, which was entirely their decision. those shareholders are solely responsible for driving the SP way beyond the most reasonable forecasts:

is it too easy to target, attack & blame others; a lot of that has been happening here;

maybe portraying themselves as faultless makes them feel better... i don't know.
