That's rubbish imo. The reason that the assets were "sitting idly" had nothing to do with lack of soph interest and, while sophs may be handy, it is questionable as to how much they've been needed over the last 5 years. The retail offer earlier this year was heavily oversubscribed. If they'd been given the chance, it would be interesting to see whether they would have made these soph raises redundant.
