What makes you think that the market or anyone else would get a chance to partake in a CR after the NO vote wins...? A large shareholder you would think would put their new influence to work by taking that option of up to another 155 of RAP I reckon. That is so on the cards IMHO. Then they would have perhaps around 33% of RAP and RAP would then have perhaps another $12 to $15 million in the kitty. The mind boggles as to what the next chain of events would be over the next 12 months or so doesn't it? Whew this is good especially if WAM is not with Pfizer and it is an independent play for control and expansion of RAP. After all they recognize undervalued enterprises and also those lacking in direction and commercial expertise.
This team have the clout and the know how to create the new Cochlear we have imagined RAP could be...I only hope they are acting to gain control not to assist Pfizer. Probably way off beam with my thinking but hey...Imagine!
