and its not us renegging on a deal... the deal was subject to shareholder approval. Its our right, and your risk that the "deal" gets negged.

and its not even true democracy because our votes mean less than larger shareholders.

I fully expect the options to be approved. Because thats how it always works. (unless a director votes against it which is HIGHLY unlikely)
