Looking at the trading the day before the raise there was a sell off
generally the broker will go and talk to institutions funds to see what they think of the deal, those people will often leak info as that’s human nature.
don’t you think this is valid… you’ll see similar in most raises
just like you’ll see stock often go up prior to an announcement
