agree the no vote will WIN as many T20 holders will vote no. why would they vote yes to being potentially diluted. im a 708 and i would vote no to this. if holders selling heads think they will get free options passed at AGM then they are sadly mistaken IMO. No vote will be 60% plus IMO.
