switching Q3'22 to H2'22 WITHOUT any explanations (ESPECIALLY for something that is as crucial and long-awaited as the ****ing DFS) is something only sneaky snakes do. If they are late past September 2022 and no explanations are provided, there is really nothing left to say about this team.
The share price right now (and how it is going to be further punished if late) probably involves a discount on management's credibility as well, in addition to sovereign risks and other risks.
