BT did say at the last shareholder presentation in Sydney that they would need to raise funds for the 70% interest in the Gecamines joint venture and that it would be on the basis of 50:50 between debt and new equity so it'll be interesting to see if this is still the case.
If they're telling you NT that they're raising funds in Canada then the announcement must be imminent.
