You would have no argument from me if it were possible to raise $70mil @ 10c ie 700mil new SOI
to be able to capitalize on all we have going on, and take this as originally planned with marketing approval at the end of it as PLANNED

Not ideal after they have destroyed shareholder value but to progress i would have wore it

I have been here RYN with a register of 1.6bil shares on issue with no where near the potential this holds

To sit with a new register of 1.5bil SOI and $90mil in the bank backed by a VC heading for the Nasdaq would not phase me one bit.

All we have now once more, is that favourite word POTENTIAL  we are not carrying out a pivotal trial at this moment in time.

It just goes to show how miss informed we really are at market did they publicise that all we would get at futility was a simple go no go no i was under the impression we were going to get a look at things, see how easy it is to be miss understand then face shock upon actual fact  

So my letter to this board with reference to average results at futility would not see a conversion obviously hit home because they knew we were not going to get a look at results and therefore future option conversion would not eventuate

But the first 5 paragraphs in the article I think sum up how the Pharma's are now looking at partnering up,

They are sitting back waiting for the drugs to go to market before jumping in, which could well explain

WHY

we are going it alone.

So that for me was an eye opener


I think todays Ann confirms my thoughts with regards to partnering as per above
