Norm, are you able to elaborate who advised you the Browns, Wilsons etc weren't attempting "to work from the inside to deal with this"?
It's my (and I think common) understanding various parties in the CMT were trying to engage for quite some time but were ignored by the Board leaving the 249d route as the only option left.
