Yes. I don't disagree with any of this. If we let someone who is infected and unvaccinated around the vulnerable there is a greater chance of transmission.
At no point have I attempted to refute this. I agree with this as whole heartedly as possible.
But that really doesn't answer my question re: risk management.
The *goal* is to keep the infected away from the vulnerable, correct?
If someone has an undetectable infection, how do we keep them away from the vulnerable?
The problem is not *severity of infection* it's *exposure to infection*.
Symptoms indicate infection.
If infection is possible without symptoms you increase exposure risk.
