Looking at the news regarding the capital raising - I ask myself a question:

Why did the Share Price take-off and bounce up to 24.5 cents and hold that position literally just before the news was announced?

Could it be a coincidence - or - could it be that a few 'in the know' about what was about to happen regarding this capital raise decided to load up their positions pre-announcement?

I am assuming the latter - therefore I await the capital raising details which I assume is viewed by the 'chosen few' as being so favourable that they loaded up on shares up to 24.5 cents before the Trading Halt.

It is extremely unlikely that any capital raise will be executed at anything other than at a discount to the existing share price - so the big question is:

From where has this capital that has been raised come?

Have the party/parties who have bought in - brought anything else to the table other than their money?

Enough funds to service our debts and to continue to sink wells proving the that the gas in the Mahalo Blocks extends way beyond initial expectations plus funding to move towards production is of course good news - however - should a 'Major producer' have taken a declarable position in the company in exchange for capital - that's even better news.

All will be revealed in due course.

I'm thinking it's positive.
