    Appears to be on the threshold of a couple of longer term events

    Weekly MACD only just above it's center line along with the coming together of the 50 & 200 day SMAs, (death cross if 50 drops below 200)

    Daily MACD cross was ST bullish but price unable to close above the 20 day SMA

    A close below $7.00/bearish rectangle support would see a test of previous support @ $5.50
