if they build a decline into the upper regions it would probably be one of the cheapest modern declines that's ever been built as the total length would only be about 500 metres to go down a vertical distance of about 70 metres
and it looks like another 50 to 70 metres of tunnelling would get into the Perkins Zone (which is apparently to be renamed "Chief's Jewellery Box")
