and BOTS can buy and sell $20 worth of shares as they wish too...but us mere mortals cant do that without paying brokerage each trade. There are numerous penny stocks with overloaded sell depths by manipulators, ARO and MMZ are just 2 currently ones being played with, SSN i've also noticed many times recently, depth being fiddled with, it can vary suddenly by 25 million shares while having a slash and pushing the flush button.
