Came here to look more closely at this co when the divvy was announced.

While reading comments I thought it's interesting that BobGee has never commented on anything other than X64 on HC.

All the earlier comments attack the decisions made by Welker as MD which most others seemed to support and now the more recent ones are trashing his shareholder action.

Jeff, is that you?

All jokes aside, there must be a reason this is trading around cash value. There's obviously little confidence in board and management from an analysts perspective, maybe this is the shakeup it needs?
