sean7905 has been bearish on nkp since 62c, page-8

i said i would try to bring the information posters were asking for to this thread. the thread is a bit of a mess now with all the moderation but we can work through that i hope.

there are 2 negatives i see for NKP here:

1. the multi broker buy recommendations
2. potential dilution

the multi broker buy recommendations - coincidentally all around the same time, after the placement at 35c. now we have a free newsletter on board? haha. when the email was posted (since moderated for copyright), we all read that they are claiming 400% gains will come if you buy NKP. well if they are so sure, why are they making this information public to complete strangers? i'd think they'd be buying for their own account if their claim were true. the likelihood is that, along with the placement brokers, they hold enough NKP and now will look to sell (if tey haven't already) to realise a profit.

the potential dilution - no one here has been able to explain where the $50M will come from to buy IGC's 10% stake of Tubatse. NKP have circa $5M at bank. maybe i missed it?

posters would do well to even just address the dilution issue here even if they do believe a buy recommendation from a broker is positive. LOL
