No essay's this time ...... just ONE word really. And that is " Wherewithal " .......

And in the context of that word . Do we know it ALL . No.

So let's break it down. ( Where ) -> ( With ) -> ( ALL ). We kinda know the possibilities on the ' Where ' , but nothing definitive yet. We kinda know the ' With ' as in ' Who With ' ....but we are yet to know it ALL ....or how ALL of it is coming together. And it is this 3rd word which is often referred to as the ' determiner ' in the English language applicable grammar which so regularly precedes a countable or uncountable noun.

For me though , and after reading many of the posts , it is the ' WITH ' which is equally important. Because if we liken the relationship with Piedmont to that of any sporting teams and their players list or individual lines as is the case in say Ice Hockey. It is often the mere fact of how each player on the line or team brings the best out of each other which ultimately makes the line combination and Team Great.

And so having said that , you can have a fairly average player who when matched or coupled with a more experienced or skilled player , ends up elevating their game to a level of greatness never thought possible before the ' pairing ' .

On the other hand , you might have a great player with loads of talent who can NEVER fully realise their greatness because ' the mix ' with other player combinations is just not there. Ultimately though , and in this case , this exceptional player requests a trade or is traded , or becomes a free agent and goes it alone with another club and playing group where he or she can become the best they can be in their sport.

And a lot of this can be from ' Coaching ' . So it can happen within an organisation from the top down ....just as it happens in a Sporting Club organisation.

So I agree with Split in that if Piedmont can't seem to tow the line and be supportive in the partnership with Sayona and moreover in line with Quebec's expectations , then its time for them to be shown the door and part company so as to find another partnership that suits them better , and also one which perhaps will suit Sayona better.

I noticed another poster show'd a reply to a tweet from KP who mentions in his last line about ' timeline ' contingencies in regards to the offtake.

My interpretation on that comment is that he recognizes at the end of the day that the original offtake was for the supply of spod commencing from an mutually agreed date commencing( but not definitive from around July 2023 through 2024...and that if he's not ready to take it on a date not finalised during this window ,, that pretty much all bets would potentially be off the table and a new offtake would have to be renegotiated with more current and relevant market pricing prevailing .
