Pretty much any decent biotech will offer those sorts of remuneration benefits so I don't see that as a differentiating factor for why these guys chose CHM. These guys have career reputations to protect and for stock option benefits to crystallise the tech needs to be successful. There's no way professionals of this calibre go to a company unless they feel confident in the assets, that's the bottom line.
