Agreed, under priced -- I do not agree though that $1.20-$1.50 is a premium price, nor would the SHs who paid $1.58 not that long ago!
A $1B MC is about $3.30 per share and IMHO that amount is still not a premium given the potential of the Veteran's contract alone.
Given the market potential and the IP protection in place this is a unique company targeting the USA first and then who knows what will happen if it cracks that market.
