good digging, just checked out that link,thanks for the heads up .......thats a worry. there are indian poiltitians on mbt board so i hope they have sorted something out. doesnt make it clear what the approach is to existing developments and not sure whether this is a preposal or firm policy and if it is firm policy when it starts. sounds like this is the framework for their policy going forward with a comitee to be set up before anything else happens. lacking details much the same way valero deal announcement lacked details. a huge issue none the less, could be a big problem for valero deal. more demand for for bio fuels though with india setting an initial target of 20% of fuel supply, hope they are willing to match international subsidies/prices
