Is that what you call it - "balance" by telling us that a nation of more than 2 billion people already has more than it needs when its per capita consumption of just about everything is a fraction of the USA monster with its few hundred million people that have NO RIGHT to a massive percentage of the world's resources many, many times above the USA's percentage of the world's population.

The USA thinks it can flood the world with its devaluing
paper that costs nothing to make and expects other nations
to invest in this US paper to help reduce the US deficit as a result of the US living beyond its means, instead of improving the standard of living of their own people.

No wonder nations like China are turning to gold and getting rid of US paper for hard assets - in an orderly manner of course.
