    no brokers had a buy recommendation on NKP until they took placement. at 10c, at 20c, at 25c, there were no buy recommendations - that was defintely a better time to be buying, than at 70c, 62, or today.

    your answer to the dilution question was vague at best... can you be more specific? or are you just guessing?
