Maybe BKW take over FBR. Pivacs get a pay out and keep patents for DST not relating to WAAS or other related uses (e.g Tiles, conc)
I remember seeing an interview that the only reason bricklaying was chosen was it was most obvious problem to solve. 100 mill payout and potential to do something else with DST might appeal.
