He appears very confident on the company's ability to achieve finance. Given the de-risking that has occurred and the lackluster share price, it's obvious that the market doesn't believe they'll get finance. People can draw their own conclusions on whether this is the case, and the likelihood of this occurring.

It's not easy to get in front of the biggest funds in the world, but if you're in front of Blackrock, for example, well, the interest in the project doesn't get any better than that.
