    If Wah Nam account for the bulk of the volume over the last 2 trading days, then they must be up around 18%+ now?? Are they just going to sit with the finger on the trigger at 19.9%? Let's hope Wayne hasn't be selling them more of his shares!

    Also note that according to the investor presentation the NWIOA is considering a "stand-alone" line option. Could the Chinese be funding this?
