Dave,my take is that no matter what new technology comes in to existence in the next 50-100 years it will need electricity,and that means copper. Also,as inventory and existing mine extraction start to decline even quicker with the huge push toward EV's and other so called green alternatives(the world is going electric) any new discovery large or small(mostly large) will attract a very big bidding war to gain the resource.That means any buyout, take over or JV will have very big leverage with the government of the day to cut the red tape and expedite the move to mining ready. Just my humble opinion.
