Yes, I was still trying to get my head around that.
Sounded bad to me. I'll be watching out for, if in becoming debt, the company loses the ability to make the divi's decretionary[very unlikely].
Can always hope that they throw in a little sweetener to get it accross the line, "similar terms" leaves a bit of wriggle room.
Stokes has never struck me being evil.
Have to agree with you though, I'd rather have 4's than 3's, if 3's are hanging off the subsiduary.
Nice if they could have released the terms on the 3 to 4 switch, hard to imagine it isn't written down somewhere.
