    It's a question of materiality.

    Nothing material has come forward.

    But we have the Dataroom column reporting an "an expected bid this week from Reveal".

    Not defending management - just trying to join the dots.

    It would seem inexplicable for NXL managment to lie to the ASX today via the announcement concerning "knowledge of a takeover" - re courtroom drama.
