Looking at many recent homeowners i think it is a big scam:
1. They save on their health (not teatch and health checks)
2. They save on their education
To off the mortgae for 25 - 30 years;
Is not it crazy that young people (22 - 30) have to enter prperty ladder and can only exit it when they are 60 ? (SIXTY)
