Lautrec. I agree with you that the people running mae are NOT at the point of rolling the dice for the last time. They are still in control and they will make every effort to ensure that they keep the WK under control and in no way will the WK knowingly be allowed to take control away from them. Watchers should therefore ensure that they understand that at this time the directors are ,if you like,"using" the WK to achieve a result they see as desirable( saving the company) while the WK is simultaneously"using" his situation to achieve an end that HE sees as desirable(making some money).This is often called "business"!. The directors will be acting in the best interests of shareholders generally-saving the company.........Thus one thing you WONT see is the WK uplifting the quantity of shares whose voting rights attaching thereto give him effective control and result in the directors losing control.........A reasonable guess could be that the WK will be targetting,with director approval,a maximum holding of perhaps 40% (well short of a 50.1% position).
