I agree GV are not stupid, CLZ are desperate as they are so much in debt and can't milk shareholders anymore, they have been raising capital off market and the more desperate they are the worse the funding deal.
This is 30% interest of NET PROFIT plus $10M, I wouldn't call it a favourable deal at all!
CLZ will make virtually nothing out of this deal for shareholders.
