No action is not a solution. The strategy, the mgmt, the raising - it has all failed. In my opinion the co is very close to folding and is in a desperate situation. Given the terms of the insto offer there is significant doubt as to whether DW8 will get all the capital it needs from this deal. Same applies for the retail offer. You'd have to have rocks in your head to sub.

A class action may be the best outcome at this stage.

Im hoping the LT contributors can salvage something from this - there was some great research put out but you ultimately looked past the BS for far too long.
