since the thread topic is asking "will AVL be like PLS"
so I searched for their DFS and compare to AVL's DFS
I still can't find any projects DFS that has higher initial CAPEX than NPV
or payback period is all around 2-3 years mark, maybe if I take into account of the government grant
and potential profits from VSUN the payback period can be reduced a bit but by how many months/years?
will the financier consider the potential profits from VSUN when the analysis the project?
