The annoying fact is that action was brought because the board of ASB failed to fully disclose information that adversely affected the ability of shareholders to make investment decisions.
Then the shareholders are adversely affected a second time by effectively being the ones paying the fine to ASIC.
The board caused the adverse affect. The board should pay
