Com, are you thinking or saying the lot came in with more residue problems at scale having fixed the issue before or was it never fixed?, in your opinion is the residue caused by the punching through the layers? hence the annealing needs redesigned. Its an engineering problem one that will be solved and done in time. The question then will be is the wait going to be too long
