We had the FDA put a clinical hold on Atl1102 for MS
Which led us to a standstill for many years until DMD came along.
Anp wanted a higher dose for DMD..which took months before they decided that 25 mg per week would be ok.
( thank god.. because it was the sweet dosage that worked)
Anp reached 35c before the failed CR
Everyone was happy before then( Itsa’s $1 party)
Then shit hit the fan ( Putin, Inflation. Higher interest rates..Margin calls)
We retreat back to 8,5c
People are angry.. Diamond / Itsa
Itsa fired up HC angry at the CR and called for innovative action from the Board..
We asked Diamond and the Board to think “outside the box” and they did.
Instead of stalling the trial they redesigned the trial in such a way that
1) cheaper cost $
2) 9 month earlier for Results compared to the futility end date from the trial in Europe.
3)No one knows if robust data will be delivered but we have an 80% chance of replicating the results from the previous trial in Aus. but instead of 9 we are using 42 DMD boys(a larger trial )
Conclusion
Itsa is a RMPER
For 11 years I have devoted my time to Anp posting on HC and sending emails to the Coy.
$1.80 was predicted by a Broker.. I said $1
I said in time $5 was achievable others said $10 and $18

I suggested people go back to the Anp website and digest what the Webinar said with CG and MD

Biotechs are unpredictable ( high risk/ high reward $$$$$$)

CG is very much for placebo on the redesigned DMD trial..
Take heart people…Imo we will replicate the Efficacy from our last trial
