The Admiral Bay deposit is 1000-1200m deep this is not an uncommon depth for mining as our Lounge Lizard nickel deposit is a similar depth. Admiral Bay it is also very large and lends itself to bulk mining which is relatively low cost.

The deposit is flat lying and as such very little vertical development is required once you reach the level of the orebody. Kagara is conducting an independent pre feasibility of the deposit to ascertain the optimum mining and development options. This pre feasibility will be available by the end of march.
