I'm trying to read between the lines on this. PRR greases wheels of American institutional investor? WTF. PRR has money in the bank from investors in OZ who have pumped money into this stock. Springtree keep providing cash. So why raise $2.5mill from some random? Might be good to get this guy spruiking the stock, however the equity of this begs a lots of questions about the way PRR go about their business to my mind. It's a bit like a press release stating "PRR are pleased to announce that we've given an inside run on the shares to some rich american guy". I mean seriously PRR, how do you justify this?
