Hello everyone,
I wanted to share the scenario that seems most logical to me where our company is going in the coming year, and based on that what its value will be then.
BKW offers a takeover offer at a price of 15C, and is rejected outright, both by the investors and by Pivacs.
The idea of taking over is dropped from the episode, and we move on.
The management of FBR manage to release the next generation HX, and send it to demo in the USA and the United Arab Emirates.
This story together with the impressive performance capabilities of the next generation results in crazy publicity (BENZI publishes dozens of links every day. Haha).
Then, both construction companies and investment companies will come in line.
Contracts will be signed for investment partnerships, as well as for construction.
They will sign contracts to open ten branches in ten locations around the world.
At the same time, production contracts are signed with Liebherr.
Work is expected to begin in mid-2024.
Construction of 50 machines.
$7K net profit per home, each machine builds 250 homes per year.
A net annual profit of $87.5M comes out.
This money will not go to dividends, of course. And it will not be used to establish new branches and machines, because that will be financed by the partners who want to share in the profits. This money will go to the further development of the machine, and new technologies in the field.
The company will be nearing the peak of its growth when some investors will already dream of it being a company that will dominate construction in the world.
Everyone will then understand that it is only a matter of time until she takes over more and more areas. And everyone will talk about the tremendous potential of the world market.
FBR's market cap will then be $5 billion. ($1.5 per share - after the next dilution)
This seems to me to be the most logical that can be.
love you all
We are all complicit in this thriller.
But I think you can guess what the surprises will be in the next chapters
